I don't know how this swing got out in the living room, but Mady kept insisting on getting in it even though she is way too big.
Mady's new favorite thing is to sit on the potty... who'd have thought? I seriously doubt she will be potty trained anytime soon, but she's started to tell us when she has a wet diaper by patting the front of her diaper, she knows when she's poo'd and has started taking her pants off. She also says 'potty' and goes right to the toilet. She is also dry after her naps. She also is extremely interested when I go to the bathroom. Too much information? Yes it probably is, but I've had a few people say it is way too early for potty training. What do you think? She isn't resistant to any of it, and seems quite excited about it.
This video is from today. I officially have a toddler who can get into literally everything. Crap. We did not show her how to do this, she masterminded this all on her own.
Mady has started 'talking' over the last three weeks. She seems to be picking up a new word each day. She now says:
Hi, bye bye, mommy, daddy, car, fan, bird, choo train, juice, potty, peepee, blankie, ducky, baby, shoes and phone.
oh my goodness she is the cutest girl ever. I LOVE the picture of her on the potty, she is already learning how to pose. sooooo cute!
ReplyDeleteYou are in trouble now! I can't wait to get back o the girls are play together.
ReplyDeleteWhy not just take her to the potty right after her naps and see if the has to go. Every one has different ideas every child is different when it comes to pottying. But why do people say not to try?
